From the renowned workshops of Vera Marghab on Madeira comes this lovely tea tablecloth and napkins set in the Hortensia pattern, known as Hydrangea in the US. Subtle and delicate, but elaborate nevertheless, Hortensia is one of three Marghab patterns chosen for the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. |

Measuring 43 inches, and crafted from Margandie, Vera Marghab's own superior brand of organdy, the tablecloth features appliqued flowers in tones of peach, pink and grey, backed with shadow stitch embroidery, along with pale pink appliqued leaves with embroidered detail, all on a pale grey background, which is doubled at the edges to form a border accented with a gracefully scalloped row of fine embroidery. |

The napkins measure 14 inches each, of fine linen with Margandie appliqued inset at one corner with flower cluster, leaf and French knot details. The exquisite composition is finished with a delicate double scalloped border. |
