Bordered with 6" of double pink, the central field is composed of six inch squares of scrappy triangles bordered with a cheddar/green triangle grid.
Individual squares are 1 1/2 inches and feature a wide variety of late 19th century fabrics, over 2950 pieces altogether.
Quilted by the piece, and in chevrons in the border, at about 7-8 stitches per inch.
Very thin batting makes the pattern visible through the chrome yellow print backing against the light.
